摘要
在用图解法分析机床主轴部件时,常据文献推荐取Ja/J=1.2。本文对10台典型机床的主轴按具体结构分别计算出Ja和J之值,然后根据散点图,按线性回归分析法统计分析后认为Ja/J=2.2较为合适。
As for spindles in machine tools, a ratio equatian of Ja/J = 1.2 which is reached with analytic method, is recommended in many essays. With scattering points diagram and linear regression method, however, another ratio equation of Ja/J=2.2, which is considered to be more proper, is reached after giving respective calculations to spindles of exact structure in 10 typical machine tools.
