摘要
本文研究了钢铁厂含铁尘泥渣的物化特性,成球性指数及影响生球强度的有关因素;深入探讨了尘泥渣成球机理;指出以成球性指数K评定物料成球性不够完善;添加消石灰,膨润土及无烟煤粉均能提高尘泥渣生球的强度。
Physical and chemical properties of ferrous fluc-dust and slag generated iniron and steel works, their ballability and some(?)factors influencing the strengh of green ball are studied, mechanism of ball formation of these materials is discussed in detail, As a result, the authers have pointed out the imperfectness of the method of evaluating the ballability of these materials by their ballability index K only. The green ball strength can be improved by adding slaked lime, bentonite and anthracite fines.
