摘要
介绍了用红外线测定混合料水份的原理,描述了混合料水份的计算机自动控制系统。武钢烧结厂采用自动控制系统后,混合料水份合格率由69.52%提高至99.31%,系统精度为A±0.25%。
Principles of infrared moisture metering and computer control system of mix moisture are described in this paper. As a result of using this automatic control system in sinter plant of Wuhan I&S Co., the percentage of sinter mix with the moisture met the specification is elevated from 69.52% to 99.31%. The systematic accuracy is attained to A±0.25%.
