摘要
用7001s×P23大粒、7001s×r8005、7001s×02428、5047s×多收3号、5047s×r8005、5047s×02428等6个双亲感光性差异程度不同的粳型杂交组合,研究了水稻光敏核不育基因表达与感光性的关系。结果表明,双亲感光性的差异大小及巳抽穗期的分离程度皆与F2育性分离有密切关系。各组合F2代随抽穗期推迟,不育株比例有增加的趋势,而且最后一批抽穗的植株中不育株比例相当大。作者认为,感光性基因是影响光敏核不育基因表达的遗传背景的重要组成部分。本文还就光敏核不育基因数目等问题进行了讨论。
Genetic relationship between photoperiod- sensitive genic male sterility and photoperiod sensi-tivitv in rice was studied by using 6 crosses 700ls×P23Dali ,700 1s×r8005 ,7001s×02428,50475×Duoshou 3,50478×r8005 ,and 5047s×02428,in 1991and1992.The results showedthat the difference of photoperiod sensitivity between 2 parents of each cross and the segregationof heading time in F2 was closely associated with fertility segregation ratio in F2. There was a ten-dency that the proportion of male- sterile plants rose as heading.time was prolonged.In all thecrosses,most of the plants with latest heading time were malesterile. It is suggested that photoperi-od-sensitivity genes is the important part of the background genes which affects the expression ofthe male- sterile genes. Problems such as number of the male-sterile genes were discussed.
