摘要
通过对氨离子注入前后酪氨酸(Tyr)样品的紫外光谱、激光喇曼光谱、红外光谱及质谱的测量,配合量子计算结果,分析得知注入氮离子慢化后将与酪氨酸分子中苯环的=C5H─基团发生取代反应,并给出了包括能量沉积作用在内的氮离子沉积产物的结构式。
This paper measured the chang of the ultraviolt spectrums,the infre red spectrums,the Laser-Raman spectrums and the mass spectrums for the tyrosine samples implanted by N+ ion beam. Based on the results of quantitative calculation,it was indicated that the slowed-down implanta-tion N+ ion reacted with the tyrosine molecule and substitute the=C5H─group.Finally,thestructure of the product produced by N+ ion deposition was proposed.
