摘要 就N+注入家蚕雌蛹及发生的生物效应进行了研究,结果表明:以30keV量N+,4次间断脉冲注入家蚕蛹,穿透蛹皮密度为每平方毫米三万多,蛹严重损伤,能正常发蛾,交尾,产卵,后代出现大小蚕,经选择有全茧量、茧层量增大、纤度增粗趋势。 Biological effect by N+ion implantation into silkworm female pupae was studied in this paper.After 4 implantations of N+ ion at 30keV,1×1015ion/cm2(suspended for 5 seconds,penetrate density at 30000/mm2) the pupae were injured very much,but for some of them,the emergence, mating behavior,egg laying were all normal. In offspring of M1 generation,big and small larvae appeared.After individual selection, cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and denier Were all increased.
