摘要
氨离子束注入固体甘氨酸和酪氨酸的产物,通过气相色谱和质谱联用仪检测,产物被气相色谱分离,已被识别的有甘氨酸的产物,α-氨基丁二酸,α,β-二氨基丁二酸。提出了产物形成的历程。
The products of ion beam implantation on solid glycine and tyrosine was identified by GC-MS.The formation mechanism of products was proposed. The sample layer was implanted by 30keV N+ion beam. Implantation dose was about 1017 ion/cm2.Temperature was below 50℃. The implanted and unimplanted sample was transferredinto N-TFA O-n-propyl ester derivatives and was injected into 25m long,0.25mm dimeter glasscapillary tube which coated with OV101. Mass spectrometer as detector.The solid products of solidglycine after N+ ion implantation include the identified compounds:(Ⅰ) HOOC-CH2-CH(NH2)-COOH;(Ⅱ)HOOC-CH(NH2)-CH(NH2)-COOH;and the unknown:(Ⅲ)the deriva-tive of identified glysine products correspond to their Mass Spectra data. The unknown productswere not seperated by OV101 chromatographic column with glycine derivative,and its molecularweight is 240.The formation reaction of products is propcoed. The products of N+ ion beam implanted tyrosine is the same as the products of N+ ion beamimplanted 1-naphthyl acetic acid.The structural formula of one of products is as following:The formation mechamism is complicate,probably is the fraction of tyrosine reacted with the N+ion。
