H^(+)离子束对大麦M_1胚芽细胞的诱变效应 被引量:9

摘要 利用30keVH+离子注入束辐照大麦种子,结果初步在明:H+离子束辐照大麦显著地提高了M1胚芽细胞的分裂指数,促进了细胞分裂。H+离子注入不仅引起胚芽细胞的明显核畸变(双核、小核、微核等),还诱发染色体多种类型畸变(桥、落后、游离、断片等),表现出较高的有丝分裂畸变率与较宽的畸变谱。且在2×1016H+/cm2~6×1016H+/cm2范围内,注入剂量与畸变率呈正相关,但6×1016H+/cm2剂量后又呈下降趋势。为此,提出了H+离子注入在大麦诱变育种中可被采用的适宜剂量范围。 After irradiation of H+ion beam at 30 keV on the seeds of barley, the mutation effect on plumule cells In M1 was studied.Preliminary results indicated that irradiation of H+ion beam on barley enhanced the divislon index of plumule cells in M1 significantly and promoted cell division.H+ion implantation not only caused clear nuclcar aberration(such as doublenuclei, minornuclei,micronuclei) in plumule cells,but also induced many types of chromosomal aberration (such as bridges,laggards,free chromosomes, fragmcnts,and so on).A higher aberration frequency and wider aberration spectrum in mitosis of plumule cells were showed.Meanwhile,Within the range of 2×1016 6×1016H+/cm2,ion implantation dose was positively correlated with aberration frequency. When does was above 6×1016H+/cm2,thd aberration frequency decreased gradually. In this paper,a suitable dose range of H+ ion implantation in radiation breeding of barlcy was proposed.
