摘要
不同诱变源(N+束、γ-ray等)与不同小麦样品互作,经光声效应分析和染色体结构和变异的鉴定,初步证实N+束正如γ-ray一样可作为染色体畸变和基因重组的有效诱变源。
According to the analysis on PAS spectra,quantities,structure variations of chromosomesand the interactions between wheat samples and inducing sources(N+,γ-ray···etc.),preliminaryevidences were obtained that N+beam,yust like other inducing sources,such as γ-ray,could beregarded as an effective induing source for inducing aberrations and gene recombinations.
