摘要
在两台75m^2烧结机上进行了混合料中配入转炉钢渣的烧结工业试验,同时在两座高炉上进行了冶炼试验。试验结果发明:烧结配加2%转炉钢渣后,产量提高2%,,烧结矿强度保持未变,冶金性能改善,烧结、高炉总的经济效益为每年52万元。
An industrial sintering test of mix with addition of BOS slag was conducted on two 75m^2 sinter machines, and the effect of such sinter on BF operation was evaluated through the test run in two blast furnaces. The results abtained are: with the BOS slag addition of 2%, the sinter production increased by 2%; sinter strength was maintained; and metallurgical properties improved; the economical benifit gained in both sinter plant and BF amounts to 520000 (?)/a in total.
