摘要 为改善烧结矿质量并提高烧结过程的热利用率,对热风烧结进行了实验室研究。试验结果表明:在总热量消耗降低不超过10%的条件下,热风烧结可以改善烧结矿的强度和还原性。热风烧结降低固体燃料消耗的幅度随风温提高而降低。在200℃热风的条件下,降低10%~15%的固体燃料可以获得冶金性能合格的烧结矿。 To improve the sinter quality and increase the heat efficiency in sintering. heat air sintering has been studied in laboratory. The results obsained have shown that the heat air sintering can increase the strength and reductibility of singer provided that the decrease in total heat consumption on sintering is less than 10 percent. The efficiency of heat air sintering saving the solid fuel consumption decreases with the increase of air temperature. The sinter with good metallurgical properties can be produced by heat air sintering process with the air temperature of 200℃ and the solid fuel consumption can be decreased by 10 to 15 percent
