摘要
本文用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了桑叶中Cu、Pb、cd的含量,并研究了样品的不同消化方法对其测定的影响,选择了HNO_3+HClO_4+HF消化苯系用于实际测定。方法的灵敏度依次为0.314μg/ml/1%,0.032μg/ml/1%,0.054μg/ml/1%。相对标准偏差依次为4.9%,3.4%,2.1%。加标回收率依次为97-102%,98-102%,97-101%。
The titel method is used to analyze Cu,Pb and Cd in mulberry leaves. Thedigestion system was studied.The sample digested by HNO_3-HClO_4-HF system ForCu,Pb and Cd, respectively,theli limit of detection is 0.314 μg/ml/1%,0.032μg/ml/1%and 0.054μg/ml/1%,the standard deviation of meansurement is 4.9%,3.4%and2.1%,and the rate of recovery is 97-102%,98-102%and 97-101%.
