摘要
本文用扫描电镜(SEM)和示差扫描量热法(DSC)研究了XeCl准分子激光辐照Fe_(81.5)P_(18.4)Yb_(0.1)非晶合金的晶化特征。结果发现,辐照样品的断面上有类冲击波纹样的层状规则的晶粒分布,其晶粒尺寸由辐照表面向样品内部逐渐减小,最后是近纳米尺度的微晶排布,样品的热稳定性也明显改善。
The crystallization behavior of Fe_(81.5)P_(18.4)Yb_(0.1) amorphous alloy irra- diated with XeCl excimer laser beam is studied by SEM and DSC respectively. We discover some shock wave pattem crystal layers in which crystal grains dis- tribute regularly on the cross section of sample after irradiation. The size of crystal grains gradually decreases from the surface of sample to the depth of sample appearing in regular microcrystal array with its size in the order of nm. The DSC measurement shows that the irradiated sample has higher crystallized temperature than that of the unirradiatod one and improved its thermosta- bility.The result shows that the irradiation of laser beam on the amorphous alloy may not only improve the quality of material but also be expected to be one of methods to prepare nanocrystalline n1aterial.
