摘要
本文合成了三种新的有机荧光试剂:4CRACP—Ⅱ,4BRACP—Ⅲ,4IRACP—Ⅳ,确证了其结构,研究了荧光性质,发现Ⅱ在弱酸性介质中具有较强的荧光。pH=5.3时,它与Cu(Ⅱ)形成荧光络合物,λ_(ex)/λ_(em)=310nm/408nm,检测限5×10 ̄(-4)μg/g。讨论了卤素对 ̄1HNMR、MS及F的影响。
In this paper, we have synthesized three kinds of new organic fluorescencereagents: 4CRACP Ⅱ, 4B RACPⅢ. 4IRACP Ⅳ,Its structures were identifiedand fluorescence properties were studied. We find 4CRACP-Ⅱ has more intense fluo-rescence in the weak acid medium。 It reacts with copper(Ⅱ)at pH=5.3 to form fluo-rescenta coplex,λ_(ex)/λ_(em)=310nm/408nm. the detection limit was 0.5ng/g, we discussedthe influence of halogen on  ̄1H-NMR. MS.F.
