摘要
本文研究了用长光路光度法测定痕量硒的新的方法。提高了以３．３＇－二氨基联苯胺为显色剂测定硒的灵敏度。测量硒的线性范围为６．０×１０^（－９）～２．０×１０（－７）ｇ／ｍｌ。利用疏基棉分离干扰离子。选择性高，方法用于人发中痕量硒的测量。结果满意。
A new method for determination of trace selenium was studied by long capillary cell. which raised sensibility for the determination selenium with 3. 3' -diaminobenzidine color reagent. The linear range for the determination of selenium is 6. 0 ×10￣(-9)～2. 0 ×10￣(-7) g/ml. Interfering ions were eliminated by using sulfydryl cotton. Finally. selenium is human hair was deter mined with good results.
