摘要
采用放射免疫测定法测定40例肺部疾病患者血清中DNA聚合酶(DNAP)、血清总唾液酸(TSA)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、甲胎蛋白(AFD)及癌胚抗原(CEA)水平。肺癌组和良性肺病组间的DNA-P和AFP无差异(P>0.05);肺癌组的TSA、SF、CEA分别是614.98±68.08mg·L-1、364.39±137.22μg·L-1、21.08±13.33μg·L-1,均明显高于良性肺病组,两组间P<0.001。单独检测血中TSA、SP、CEA,肺癌组的阳性率分别是60%(12/20)、70%(14/20)、65%(13/20);联合测定,以该3项指标中任2项阳性,可高度怀疑其肺癌的可能性,其敏感性为80%(16/20),特异性可达90%。
The levels of DNA-P, TSA, SF, AFP and CEA in the sera of 40 cases of the patients suffering from lung disorders were determined by RIA. The results showed: the difference of DNA-P and AFP between lung cancer group and benign diseases group showed statistically (P>0.05) no in significance; TSA, SF and CEA in lung cancer group, which were 614.98±68.08 mg·L-1, 364.39±137. 22 μg·L-1 and 21.08±13.33μg·L-i respectively, were all obviously greater than those in benign diseases group (P<0.001). When only assaying serum TSA or SF or CEA, the positive rate of lung cancer was 60% (12/20), 70%(14/20) and 65% (13/20) respectively. when assaying three indexes simultaneously, the possibility of bearing lung cancer may be suspected greatly when any two indexes out of three indexes above were positive, the sensitivity of lung cancer was 80% (16/20)and the specifacity was 90%.
