兔眼外伤性白内障晶体丙二醛含量的变化

摘要 以兔晶体穿通伤建立外伤性白内障模型。分别于晶体伤后8h、16h、1d、3d、6d及21d测定晶体的丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:各时间点实验组晶体的MDA含量较正常组及对照组升高,P<0.01。实验表明,在晶体损伤后外伤性白内障的形成与发展的过程中,晶体内自由基水平升高,脂质过氧化反应增强。提示致伤后的晶体产生了大量自由基,自由基引发的晶体氧化损伤是外伤性白内障形成与发展的一个重要的病理因素。 Model of traumatic cataract was made by perforating lens of rabbit. The level of malondialdehyde (MDA) was determined at different time (8 hours, 16 hours, 24 hours, 3 days, 6 days, 21 days) after the perforation of lens. The results showed that throughout the observing period, the level of MDA in the lens of experimental group was much higher than that in the lens of nomal and controled group, P<0. 01. It was suggested that in the process of traumatic cataract forming and developing,the level of free radical and lipid peroxidation induced by free radical increased obviously. It can be concluded that after lens perforation, a lot of free radical produced in it. Oxidation induced by free radical may be an important pathologic factor in the process of traumatic cataract forming and developing.
