带一侧唇动脉蒂的“L”复合组织瓣修复双侧唇裂15例报道

A "L" Complex Tissue Flap with One Side of Arterial Lip Pedicle a Bilateral Cleft Lip (15 cases reported)

双侧唇裂修复远比单侧困难得多，为解决前唇组织的不足，对１５例双侧唇裂患儿在裂隙较丰满一侧设计带唇动脉蒂的“Ｌ”肌皮粘膜瓣或单纯肌粘膜瓣转位，根据前唇的大小加长或以原长修复，均获得较好的效果。术后随访没有发现前唇过长、过紧现象。本文详细介绍了“Ｌ”复合组织瓣转位修复的手术方法，并论述了该术式的优点及操作注意本项。认为此法为修补双侧唇裂较为理想方法之一。

To repair a bilateral cleft lip seems to be more difficult than that of an unilateral one. From our clinical practice since 1990 December, we have properly performed for 15 patients with bilateral cleft lip and suggestd that a "L", flap of museclo-mucosa skin flap or simplex museclo-mucosa flap with arterial lip pedicle has been successfully made for repairment of cleft lip with the rather, thick side. An excellent result was obtained according to the sied of anterior lip repuested either by the elongation or with the origin length. In the follow-up study there was no peculiar appearance form too long or tension. In this article the operative procedures and its supperior characteristics about this kind operation used rotateing repair were discussed. So it may consider as an ideal one measure for repairing the bilateral cleft lip.
