活动性肺结核病患者血中SOD、GSHPX、LPO的动态变化

The dynamic changes of serum SOD,GSHPX and LPO in patients of active pulmonary tuberculosis

对２０例活动性肺结核病人血中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨＰＸ）、过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）的动态观察发现：活动性肺结核病人血中ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨＰＸ的水平明显低于正常人，而ＬＰＯ则高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。经正规抗痨治疗１个月后，再次检测上述指标，发现ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨＰＸ均有不同程度升高（分别增加１７．４％和６．９％），而ＬＰＯ则下降２１．９％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；且三项指标与正常组对比仍存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示：活动性肺结核的病情与血中ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨＰＸ、ＬＰＯ的水平有密切的关系。这些指标对活动性肺结核的病情分析、疗效观察及预后有一定的实用价值。

The dynamic observations on the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSHPX)and lipoperoxidative(LPO)in 20 cases of patients suffering from active pulmonary tuberculosis showed:the levels of serum SOD and GSHPX were obverously lower(P<0.01) while LPO was greater(P<0.01) than those in normal controls. By regular antituberculous therapy for one month and assaying the indexes above again, it was found that both SOD and GSHPX showed greater (P<0.05) in various degrees (increasing 17. 4% and 6.9% respectively) while LPO decreased 21.9% (P<0. 05), and three indexes still showed significant difference (P<0.053 from those of normal controls. It was indicated that the levels of serum SOD, GSHPX and LPO were closely related with the patient's condition. These indexes were posessed of certain practical values to analysis of patient's condition, observation of theraputic effect and prognosis for the patient of active pulmonary tuberculosis.
