通天散醇提液的抗炎及抗菌作用

The anti-inflammation and antibacterial effects of alcohol soluble subastance from Tong Tian San

临床中用通天散治疗慢性鼻炎效果较好，本文就其抗炎及抗菌作用进行了初步研究。实验表明通天散醇提液不仅对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀、蛋清诱发的大鼠足肿胀等急性炎症反应有明显的抑制作用，而且对棉球引起的大鼠肉芽肿组织增生也有一定的抑制作用；体外试验还表明，通天散醇提液对金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、肺炎球菌及大肠杆菌也有较强抑制作用。上述结果提示通天散醇提液有一定的抗炎及抗菌作用。

Tong Tian San (TTS) is a chinese traditional medicine compound. In this paper, the effects of alocohol soluble substance from this compound were presented. TTS not only inhibited both exudation of mouse ear induced by dimethy benzene and the edema of rat hind paws induced by egg white, but also inhibited the subcutaneous granulome formation in the rat. It was also found that TTS inhibt the growth of bacteria. The results showed that TTS possesses anti-inflammation and antibacterial effects.
