常春胶囊对亚急性衰老模型小鼠自由基代谢的影响

EFFECTS OF CHANGCHUN CAPSULE ON THEFKEE-RADICAL METABOLISM OF SUBACUTE AGING MODLE IN MICE

昆明种小白鼠每日颈背皮下注射５％Ｄ－半乳糖０．５ｍｌ，４０天可造成亚急性衰老模型。在注射Ｄ－半乳糖的同时，分别灌服常春胶囊水煎剂１２．５ｇ／ｋｇ和２５ｇ／ｋｇ两种剂量，并与青春宝作了对比观察。结果表明，常春胶囊可显著地提高衰老小鼠红细胞中的ＳＯＤ、ＣＡＴ、ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ的活性和脏器组织中ＳＯＤ的活性（Ｐ＜０．０１），明显减少衰老小鼠血液和组织中ＬＰＯ的形成，显著地抑制鼠脑中ＭＡＯ－Ｂ活性和脏器组织中ＬＦ的生成量，并可提高衰老小鼠尾腱中羟脯氨酸和胶原蛋白含量（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示常春胶囊具有较好的消除自由基、抗衰老的作用。

The subacute aging model was induced by subcutaneous injection of 5%Dgalactose on the back near neck of kunming nuce 0.5ml daily for 40 days,The po of Chauchuncapsule's water extracts at the doses of 12.5g/kg or 25g/kg was given at the same time. Thecontrd group were given Qingchunbao substituting the Changchun capsule. The results showedthat the Changchun capsule signi-ficently increased the activities of SOD、CAT、GSH-Px in redcells of blood and SOD in the tissues(P<0.01),markly decreased the formations of LPO in theblood and the tissues,greatly in hibited the activity of MAO-B in brain and the production of LFin tissues,increase the contents of hydroxyproline and collogen in the tail-tendon of mice(P<0. 05).All these results demonstrated that Changchun capsule possessed the reliable function ofelinunating free radical and antaging effect.
