摘要
本文研究了孵化液ＰＨ值对卤虫卵孵化率及无节幼体存活率的影响．结果表明．ＰＨ≤５时虫卵不能孵化．孵化的最适ＰＨ为９～１２．在此范围内ｐＨ值与存活率呈负相关。实际最适ｐＨ值为９～１１．
The pH effect of hatching solution on hatching percentage of Artemia cysts and on survive percentage of Artemial Larvae had been studied in this paper. The result indi cated that the Artemia cysts did not hatch when the pH of hatching solution was lower than 5. The optimum pH value arranged from 9 to 12, in which the pH of solution was negatively related with survive pencentage, Practical optimum pH value was between 9 and 11.
