新疆巴里坤湖卤虫（Artemia　barkolica）核型初步研究

The study on the Karyotype of Artemia barkolica

本文对巴里坤湖卤虫染色体核型进行了初步研究。实验结果表明，巴里坤湖卤虫二倍体体细胞染色体数为４２条，可配成２１对．共分为３组。枝型为２ｎ＝４２。核型公式为Ｋ２ｎ＝１４Ｍ＋８ＳＭ＋２０Ｔ，ＮＦ＝６４。最大的一对为具中部着丝点的同型性染色体。

This paper reports the Kanyotype of Artemia barkolica. The result showed that the diploid number was 42, it consised of 21 pair of chromosome There were 3 groups.Karyotype was 2n =42, karyotype formula was K2n=14M + 8SM + 20T ; NF = 64. The two largest chromosomes were sex chromosome, they were XX.
