二期450m^(2)烧结机设备的投料试车及对其分析

Analysis on Commissioning Test Run of 450m^(2)Sintering Machine for the Second Phase Project

我国第二台特大型烧结机设备──宝钢２号４５０ｍ２烧结机设备（简称“２ＤＬ”），国产化率达７２％。本文首先对２ＤＬ设备特点与实绩进行简介，重点介绍该系统设备投料试车中出现的主要问题，并分析了问题的成因，最后结合国内其他大型烧结机投产情况，提出共性问题供商榷。

parts of Baosteel No.2 450m2 sintering machine, the second super large sintering equipment in our country, are domestically made. The characteristics and operation achievement of the machine are briefly introduced in the article,special attention is paid to the major problems arised in the commissioning test run, and the reason why is analysed as well. Finally, with reference to commissioning practice of other large scale sintering machines at home, the problems in common are put forward for discussion.
