摘要
微机全数字直流控制系统是一种全新的直流传动系统，它具有精度高、可靠性和稳定性好、维护简单及调试方便等优点。目前已在宝钢少数设备中得到应用。本文介绍美国Ｇ·Ｅ公司的ＤＦＭ—３００控制系统及其在原料码头二期１８００ｔ／ｈ卸船机上的应用，重点阐述卸船机抓斗的提升和开闭直流调速系统。
Micro-processor DC (direct current) digital control system is a brand new DC driving system, which features high precision, sound reliability, good stability, easy maintenance, convenient debugging and etc. The application of the system in Baosteel is still very limited at present. DFM-300 control system of G. E.Company (USA), together with its application to the 1800t/h ship unloader on the raw material quay of the second phase project is introduced in the article. The DC speed adjusting system for lifting and closing of the unloader’s grab bucket is especially focused on.
