摘要
本实验以D+-氨基半乳糖(Gal)350mg/kg体重腹注,引起Wistar大鼠暴发性肝衰竭,用成年兔再生肝抽提液与同种胎肝细胞悬液治疗.采用组织学、组织化学方法观察.结果表明成年兔再生肝抽提液可使肝小叶内细胞变性坏死程度减轻,保持胆小管的AKP酶活性,使肝细胞增殖明显增强,ANAE酶活性较高,糖原合成能力恢复较早.胎肝组与肝抽提液组的结果类似.提示该两种制剂中均可能含有肝细胞生长因子等有效成分,具有保护肝细胞,促进其再生和酶活性恢复等作用.
D+-galactosamine(Gal ) 350mg/kg b,w was injected into abdominal cavity of Wistarrats to induce fulminant hepatic failure.Two groups were treated with the suspensions of freshliver cells prepared from the embryonal liver of Wistar rats and the extract from regeneratlve liverof adult rabbit respectively. The histology and histochemical reaction in liver were observed. Theresults showed that the rabbit liver extract decreascrd hepatocyte necrosis in lobtile,maintained theactivity of AKPdwse in bile canaliculi and apparently promoted hepatocyte multiplication. It alsoobtained higher activity of ANAEase and regained earlier the ability of synthesized glycogen. Theabove siminal alterations were found in the embryonal liver group. The result suggested that boththe preparations may contain hepatic growth facter and so on,they can protect hepatocytes,helpits regeneration andregining of the activity of ases.
