摘要
本文应用弓形虫不同毒力虫株感染同一种宿主和应用同一毒力虫株感染不同动物及不同免疫状态的动物宿主,观察了std/ddy小鼠和长爪沙鼠对RH株、BEV株和FUK株弓形虫的易感性.结果见到,弱毒株(BEV株-小鼠)和无毒株(FUK株-小鼠)对长爪沙鼠具有强致死性.提出虫株毒力除了与原虫自身的生物学特性有关外,也是寄生虫-宿主相互作用的综合表现.因此,在根据实验动物的临床指标评价虫株毒力时,需附加动物模型条件.
Mouse(std/ddy) and Meriones unguiculatus (Mongolia jird )were experimentally in-fected with three strains of Toxoplasma (RH,BEV and FUK ) with different virulence to inves-tigate the susceptibility of hosts to this organism. The results showed that the low-and aviru-lentstrains(BEV and FUK)were fatally toxic to the jird. It is proposed that the virulence of Toxo-plasma should be taken for comprehensive manifestation of muttial effects between hosts and theparasite, not only for the biological character of Toxoplasma itself. The animal model conditionshould be attached when clinical index is used to assess the strain virulence of Toxoplasma.
