D_（860）降血糖效应与胰岛素释放的相关性

D860WITH RELATI0N TO HYPOGLYCEMIA EFFECT AND INSULIN SECRETION

本文对１２４例糖尿病患者Ｄ８６０的降血糖效应与胰岛素释放的相关关系进行了分析。根据胰岛素分泌量及峰值出现时间分为正常分泌型、延迟分泌型和低分泌型．实验表明，正常分泌型和延迟分泌型的血糖下降与胰岛素释放具有相关性，而低分泌型与之无相关关系．结果提示：Ｄ８６０不仅通过刺激胰岛素的β细胞释放胰岛素以降低血糖，可能还存在有其他降血糖途径而发挥降血糖效应．

This paper reports the relation between hypoglycemia effect and insulin secretion byD860. According to the amounts and the peak time of insulin secretion,the patients insulin secre-tion is divided into normal released type,delay released type and lower released type. This studyindicated that the hypoglycemia effect of D860 had reldation to normal released type and delay re-leased type,but not to lower released These results showed that D860 took effect not only bystimulating the beta cells to serete insulin but also extrapancreatic effects.
