摘要
本文对５４例恶性肿瘤（直肠癌２３例、乳腺癌１９例、甲状腺癌１２例）患者外周血ＮＫ细胞（ＣＤ１６）及Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群ＣＤ２、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８进行了测定．结果表明，三种恶性肿瘤患者外周血ＮＫ细胞水平均较正常人下降（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＣＤ２＋、ＣＤ４＋减少，ＣＤ８＋增高，ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值下降，提示在恶性肿瘤患者中免疫功能下降．
T lymphocyte subsets CD2,CD4,CD8,CD4/CDg and NK cells in 54 cases with malig-nant tumor were measured.The cases consist of rectal cancer(23 cases),breast cancer(19 cases)and carcinoma of the thyroid(12 cases).The principle findings were as follows :(1)NK cell de-creased as compare with normal group( P <0. 001).(2)CD2+,CD4+,decreased;CD8+ elevated;CD“+/CD8+decreased in patients with different malignant tumor.The result suggests that immu-nifunction is depressed in the patients with cancer.
