肺结核50例心理调查分析

THE INVESTIGATIONS AND PAYCHOANALYSES OF 50 PULMONARY TUBERCULOTIC PATIENTS

采用症状自评量表－９０（ＳＣＬ－９０）对肺结核５０例心理状态进行调查发现：偏执、人际关系与精神病性因于均分低于国内常模，后两者有显著性差异（０．０５＞Ｐ＞０．０１）；余项因子均分及阳性项目数高于常模，以躯体化、忧郁、焦虑为突出（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）；女性心理障碍严重程度高于男性；中年组忧郁程度超过青、老年组（０．０５＞Ｐ＞０．０１）；文化程度在高中及其以上者的心理障碍广度与深度均超过初中及其以下者；而病程长短的心理状态比较则无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．肺结核患者的心理障碍广度大，症状轻，以神经衰弱综合征表现形式为其主要特征．

The paychology of 50 pulmonary TB patients was investigated and analysed accor-ding to SCL-90. The findings are as follows.The average factors of paranoid,people′s relationshipand psychosis are all below norm in our country,and the later two are much lower(0.05>P>0.01).But the average of the complernentary factors and the number of positive items are higherthan the norm ,especially depression,anxiety and somatization(P>0.01).The psychological dis-turbances of females are more serious than those of males. The dagree of depression in the middle-aged group is higher than that in the young and the old ones(0.05>P>0.01).The disturbancesamong the educated are more serious than these with little education. But there is not much differ-ence in the state of mind in the length of sickness(P>0.05).The scope of the mental distur-bances of TB patients is wide but not serious,However,the main characteristic is the long timeneurathenia syndrome.
