人骨髓造血基质细胞对HL－60白血病细胞株促分化作用的研究

Studies on differentiation and antiproliferation of HL-60 leukemia cells induced by hemopoietic stromal cells

以骨髓造血基质细胞体外培养体系为基础开展对ＨＬ－６０白血病细胞促分化作用的研究，Ｍｋ探讨正常人骨髓造血基质细胞对异常实质细胞的调控作用。结果表明，正常人骨髓这血基质细胞对人急性早幼粒细胞白血病ＨＬ－６０细胞具有逆转作用，表现在促分化和抑制增殖两方面。其机理主要以直接接触而发挥调控作用，分泌因子作用较小。

Toconfirm the modiffication of normalhumanhemopoietic stromal cells on abnor-mally mature cells, studies on differentiation and antiproliferation of HL- 60 promyelocyticleukemia cells induced by human normal bone marrow stromal cells were carried out.The restiltssuggest that normal human bone marrow. stromal cells could express the effects of differentiationand antiproliferation on HL-60 leukemia cells and that function of the hemopoietic stromal cells ismediated by intimate cell-to-cell contact.
