摘要
利用我科１９８０年以来１～７９岁尸检所得心脏１０７例，每１０岁为一年龄组，每组均为８例以上。经图像分析仪描记、电脑计算处理测得内膜、中膜面积、内弹性板周长及内膜面积占内弹性板等价圆面积的百分比。为心血管造影、血管超声波诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化提供可靠的数据。同时观察了不同年龄组冠状动脉各枝的狭窄程度。
This study was carried out by using 107 autopsy hearts from died patients aged1- 79 years ol d
collected by our department since 1 980.Every 1 0 years was put into one agegroup and no
less than 8 cases in each group.The areas of intima and media,the perimeter of the endoelastic
layer,and the ratio of inti-mal area to the equal area of endoelastic layer were figured out and
traced with Image PaternAnalyser and computer calculation.The results provide credible data
for diagnosis of coronarydiseases using cardiovasculography and vasoultrasonic examination.
The narrow extent of coro-nary branches in each group was also observed.
