摘要
本实验用血流动力学方法，在戊巴比妥钠所致的实验性心力衰竭动物模型上，研究了不同剂量的黄芪皂甙对衰竭心脏的作用。通过与对照组对比观察发现，低剂量黄芪皂甙（２ｍｇ）可加重心衰。
The effects of different
doses of Astragalus saponins on the experimental heartfailure rat models induced by
pentobarbital sodium were researched using hemodynamicalmethod.It was found that AS in low
doses( 2 mg)increased heart failure,while in middle(4mg)and high doses(8 mg) antagonized heart
failure.
