摘要
本实验中作者采用小鼠精于畸形试验方法，观察了人参茎叶总皂甙（ＧＮＳ）对丝裂霉素Ｃ（ＭＭＣ）诱发小鼠精子畸形的抑制作用。结果表明，在腹腔注射ＭＭＣ同时给ＧＮＳ，可使ＭＭＣ诱发的小鼠精子畸形率明显降低。提示ＧＮＳ具有抗诱变作用。
The inhibitory effect of ginsenosides from stems and leaves(GNS)on sperm ab-normalities
induced by mitomycin C(MMC)was determined in mouse sperm abnormality test. The results
showed that the freqtiency of abnormal sperms induced by MMC was redticed siginifi-cantly by ip
injection of GNS and MMC at the same time. These results proved that GNS has theeffect of
antimutation.
