摘要
人参三醇组甙腹腔连续注入１４天，可加速胸腺细胞周期进程，促进细胞更新和增殖，提高胸腺细胞对ＣｏｎＡ的反应性，导致胸腺向外周输送Ｔ细胞的储备增强，提示人参三醇组成可促进大鼠胸腺细胞的增殖活性。
Panaxatriols were injected into rats intraperitoneally every
day for 14 days.Itccaused an increase in the percentage of thymocytes driven into S phase of the
cell cycle at the ex-pense of go/g1 cells. At the same time, the thymocyte proliferation and the
proliferative responseof the thymocytes to con A were also found to be significantly higher than
that of the controls.The results thus suggested that the panaxatriols could enhance the
proliferative activity of thymo-cytesinrars.
