双羟乙氧基四溴双酚A急性毒性及微核试验

Experimental study on acute toxicity and micronucleus test of 2一一2一bis[3,5一dibromo一4一(2一hydroxyethoxy) phenyl ] propone

本实验研究了新合成的抗燃剂双羟乙氧基四溴双酚Ａ对小鼠的急性毒性比作用及对小鼠骨髓细胞的微核试验。结果证明，本品对小鼠无毒佳；对皮肤、粘膜无刺激作用；微核试验阴性，表明本品对小鼠骨髓细胞无诱变作用。

2一2一bis[ 3,5 一dibromo一4一(2一hydroxyethoxy)phenyl] propone(TBA一EO)is a new synthetic anti-incendiary agent. It was used for acute toxicity test and bonemarrow micronuclcleus test in mice, The results showed that TBA一EO has no toxicity to mice ;andexerts no stimulatory effect on rabbit skin and conjuntiva.Micronuclceus test restults are negative,and we considcr that TBA一EO has no mutagenicity to bone marrow cells in mice。
