泪腺多形性腺瘤病理亚型分类探讨

Study on pathological sub-type classification for polymorphic adenomas of lacrymal glands

本文作者首次对１１例泪腺多形性腺瘤（泪腺混合瘤）病理切片在光镜下进行病理亚型分类，参考有关标准分出下述４个亚型：腺瘤型４例，间质型４例，中间型１例及肌上皮瘤样型２例。腺瘤型者包膜厚而疏松，其中３例见有不同程度的肿瘤成分浸润。间质型包膜较薄，易破。这两种亚型可能与临床上肿瘤术后复发、转移和恶变有关。

A new pathological sub-type classification standard for lacrymal glandpolymorphic adenomas (lacrymal gland mixed tumo)was fistr introduced amd discussed bystuding 11 cases in this paper.Under lihgt microscope, 11 cases were studied and 4 subtypes wereclassified : glandular adenoma( 4 cases); interstitial adenoma( 4 cases); intermediate- typeadenoma(1 case);and myoepitheloid adenoma(2 cases). The capsules of the glandular adenomaswere thick loose,3/4 cases with different extents of invasion of tumor cells.Capstule of theinterstitial type was thin and easy to be ruptured during operation.Therefore,these twosubtypes mihgt be related with recurrent,metastasis and malignant changes of the tumors.
