摘要
本文研究了红核(RN)的升压效应及实现此效应的可能途径。证明电刺激大鼠一侧RN可使血压升高,心率稍减慢。其中升压效应可被对侧延髓外侧网状核(NRL)内注射利多卡因所部分阻断;RN与NRL之间的多巴胺(DA)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)递质系统在RN的升压效应中起重要作用。
This study was designed to investigate pressor effect of red
nucleus(RN)and thepossible pathway of this effect.We found that rat's blood pressure was raised
while heart rate wasslightly decreased when RN was stimulated.The pressor effect of RN can be
reduced by microin-jection of lidocaine into contralateral nucleus reticular lateralis(NRL).The
dopamine and nore- pinephrine transmitter system between RN and NRL played an important role
in the pressor ef-fect of RN.
