摘要
本文在计算机二维数值分析的基础上，模拟了ＥＳＴ（ｅｍｉｔｔｅｒ＆ｓｗｉｔｃｈｅｄｔｈｙｒｉｓｔｏｒ）正向工作时的载流子浓度，电流的变化过程，从而深入了解了ＥＳＴ正向工作特性，最后指出了ＥＳＴ正向工作时的五个工作区域。
Based on numerical analysis of computer two-dimension the simula-tion of the EST forward working characteristics is given. The carrier concentra-tion, current change procersing are described in this paper. Finally, EST's five working areas have been pointed out.
