摘要
本文设计出一种用于雷达数字信号处理的动目标检测(MTD)专用集成电路.该电路采用有限冲激响应(FIR)滤波器结构,并配以乒乓存储器及流水线乘法器,具有运算速度快、结构简单等优点.经逻辑和电路模拟,证明该电路具有良好性能.
Abstract A kind of Radar Moving Target Detection (MTD) ASIC has been designed. The iC adopted the Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filter structure composedof ping-pong RAM and pipelined multiplier has the advantages of high speed, simplestructure and so on. It is proved by logic and circuit simulatioD that the iC has'good performance.
