摘要
以大型平板玻璃集装架有关国家标准为依据,讨论了玻璃集装架优化设计的若干问题,提出了集装架负载条件的设计准则及以钢板弯制的C型钢材为基础构件的结构优化设计方案,并从起吊和静载两方面的要求对该方案进行了刚性和强度的校核;最后论证了二次缓冲设计及必要性。
Based on the GB standards related to the unit pack of flat glass, some problems of optimized design of the unit pack were discussed. The design principles of the unit pack loading and the optimum programm on the basis of the foundamental components of 'C' shaped steel tube bended with steel plate were suggested and checked from therequirements of handling and storage.The necessity of the secondary eushioning design was also discussed.
