摘要
本文对含铬15%、20%、28%,含碳2%~4%,含硼和不含硼,不同的热处理工艺,共计72种成分状态的高铬系铸铁进行了低应力和冲击条件下的磨料磨损试验;测定了其宏观硬度,显微组织和碳化物数量;对宏观硬度、碳化物数量与耐磨性进行了相关分析。结果表明:磨损条件不同,磨损机理不同,其耐磨性的影响因素也不同,低应力磨料磨损的耐磨性与碳化物数量明显相关,冲击磨损的耐磨性与宏观硬度明显相关。此结论对根据不同工作条件合理选用高铬铸铁的成分和热处理工艺有指导意义.
The paper is about the experiment of the abrasive wear resistance of high-chromi-um cast iron, which is produced by varying heat treatment technology and whose 72 composi-tion states vary in amount.Its percentage of chromium differs in amount of 15,20 and 28 re-spectively and percentage of carbon from 2 to 4,with or without boron. The experiment deter-mines their hardness,their microorganizations as well as their Carbide Volum Fraction. A rele-vant analysis of Carbide Volum Fraction,hardness and abrasion resistance is conducted.Theresult shows abrasion resistance is conditioned by varyirig abrasion and its mechanism,and thatlow stress abrasive wear resistance is evidently relevant to Carbide Volum Fraction,whileabrasion resistance of comsiOn of atlrition is evidently relevant tohardness. The conclusion issignificantly instrumental in the choice of constituents of high-chromium cast iron and heattreatment technics based on different working conditions. [
