低合金钢中稀土夹杂物总量的测定

摘要 采用恒电流定量提取法:以试样为阳极,不锈钢片为阴极,在外加电流和非水电解液中,进行阳极电化学溶解,从基体中分离碳化物和夹杂物。由稀土夹杂物与碳化物等组成的阳极残渣,经化学处理,转化成溶液。 Quantitative extraction method with constant current electrolysis was applied to separate carbides and inclusions from the matrix material. Electrochemical dissolution reaction took place at the anode in a nonaqueous electrolyte at low temperature with an external electric current and sample as anode and stainless steel as cathode.The anode residues,which consist of rare earth inclusions and carbides etc.,were chemically treated and converted into solution.Finally,the total amount of rare earth inclusion was determined by direct spectrophotometry with DBC-arsenzo developer.
