摘要
本文叙述了二期干熄槽采用连续排焦新式装备的优点及弊病──使槽内焦炭流态不均匀加剧,并与间歇排焦进行对比分析其原因。文中还介绍通过槽底部添加挡棒和4气道格局的技术改造所取得的效果,建议再完善风伞结构和监测手段,进一步提高槽内流态均匀性。
Both advantage and disadvantage is described of the application of the continuous coke discharging facility to the dry quenching chamber in the second phase project. The cause for making the uniformity of coke flow pattern deteriorate in dry quenching chamber, is analysed in comparison with that of intermittent coke discharging. The satisfactory effect is achieved by adding retaining rod and four--gas funnel to the chamber bottom, and the suggestion is put forward for perfecting the structure of gas distributing umbrella and the monitoring means, so that the uniformity of coke flow pattern in dry quenching chamber can be improved.
