A Selection of the Coal Applicable to the Pulverized Coal Injection System of No.2 BF

宝钢高炉自喷吹煤粉以来，使用了兴隆庄、神府烟煤，神府煤的试喷，拓广了喷吹煤源。初步的生产实践表明，神府煤适用于高炉喷吹，尤以它较好的流动性对宝钢高炉煤粉喷吹系统的高作业率作出显著贡献。

Since the operation of pulverized coal injection (PCI) system of No. 2 BF, the bituminous coals from Xinglongzhuang and Shenfu have been used.The resource of injection coal has been enlarged by trial injection of the coal from shenfu. The initial practice demonstrates that coal from Shenfu is more suitable for PCI, especially, its better fluidity contributes a lot to the high availability of the PCI system in Baosteel.
