横管式初冷器冷却面积的探讨

摘要 横管式煤气初冷器投入运行后,发现冷却水回水温度过高,导致循环冷却水水质恶化,经过实践探讨和理论计算,确认是换热面积过大。通过采取减少换热面积的措施,达到大幅度降低回水温度目的。 After the operation of the horizontal tubular primary gas cooler,it is found that the temperature of the back cooling water is so high that the circulating cooling water is deteriorated,and through practical investigation and theoretical calculation, the oversize heat exchange area is confirmed as the course. A greatdecrease in the temperature of back cooling water is obtained by reducing the heatexchange area.
