摘要
一期工程引进的混铁车喷涂机不能满足工艺要求，而人工喷涂则严重影响工人健康。新研制的喷涂机，用步进电机驱动喷嘴，由计算机控制喷嘴的旋转速度和横移速度，使涂层呈“月牙形”，涂层致密，使用效果好。
The sprayer imported from abroad for repairing torpedo car inthe first phase of Baosteel project could not satisfy the technological requirement,and the manual spraying seriously affected the health of the workers. A newly developed sprayer, with the nozzle to be driven by a stepping motor, and the rotationand transverse speeds controlled by a computer, will make the sprayed layer to benew moon-like, denser, and more effective in operation.
