摘要
分节式导辊是80年代出现的连铸机新结构,具有刚性好和能有效控制铸坯鼓肚变形的特点,已在连铸机辊列设计中得到推广应用。本文对串心杆式支承导辊的结构及分节数对铸坯鼓肚变形的影响作了分析,从力学机理上证明了采用分节式导辊的合理性。
Segmented backing guide roll emerged as a kind of new structure of continuous caster which possesses fair stiffness and can efficiently control bulging. It has been widely used in roll configuration design of continuous casting machine. Analysis is made on the influence of the number of segments and the structure of the backing guide roll upon the salb bulging. The adoption of segmented backing roll is proved reasonable from the angle of mechanics.
