Stress Analysis of No.1 BF Mantel by Finite Element Method

本文利用半解析有限元法对宝钢１号高炉进行了静力及动力强度分析，并利用有限元二次分析法对风口区进行了应力集中分析，从而为设计高炉和延长炉壳使用寿命提供了科学依据。

Semi-analytic finite-element method was used to calculate the static and dynamic strength of No.1 BF of Baosteel. the stress concentrating factor in tuyere area was analysed using a two-stage finite element method. As a result,scientific basis is provided for the furnace design and service life extension.
