A Method to compute the Flowrate Characteristic Parameters of Pneumatic Circuit

摘要 用一个特性参数(如有效面积S值)不能完整表达回路的流量特性用两个特性参数(壅塞流态下的有效面积S值和临界压力比b值)便能完整而科学地表达它气动回路是由许多元件组成的已知每个元件的S值和b值,便可计算出回路的S值和b值本文介绍了这种方法的原理实验结果表明。 It is insufficient to describe the flowrate characteristic of pneumatic circuit completely only by using one characteristic parameter such as effective area S. The flowrate characteristic of the circuit can be cotripletely and scientifically described by two characteristic parameters, the effective area under the choke flow (S) and the critical pressure ratio (b). The pneumatic circuit consists of many components. when the values of S and b of each component are given, the values of S and b of the circuit may be computed. Its basic principle is given in the paper. Test result shows that theoretical values coincide well with experimental values.
